Me having suppressor experience, and loving the 45/70 here are my thoughts. Whatever powder you use, don't go below 30% case fill. Use a stout crimp to encourage complete powder burning. I have some data if you need it, don't use cast bullets with a suppressor, a lot of centerfire suppressors aren't user serviceable or cleanable.

I only loaded 45-70 in my 1895 Marlin which is a strong gun and there were special loads published for the 1895 Marlin. I used both 38-42 gr of IMR 4198 and 52-55 gr of H322 behind Speer 400 gr FN. The heavy H322 loads required a lot of compression of the ball powder.Since H335 is kind of on the slow side for the 45-70, it tends to work progressively better as you increase boolit weight. The added boolit weight increases ignition pressure which helps a slow for caliber ball powder burn more efficiently.
